Cockatiel wing problem!!!

Help! My cockatiel's wings were trimmed past November and one side will not grow back. What do I Do? Here is a picture.

It's only been two months since your gorgeous birdy was trimmed so it's more unusual that one wing has sort of grown back. In saying that we have a young male cockatiel who has done the same thing, but on both wings, growing just that long wing feather or two! I think it's safer to keep them trimmed, and easier in that you don't have to cover every window, reflective surface, and potential drowning hazard before your bird can come out. A bird flying full speed into a window or mirror can break its neck. But it's a personal choice and I've read a lot of 'for' and 'against'.

I just looked up how often cockatiels moult (being pretty new to them myself) and they are supposed to have their first moult at 6-12 months old, then after that they moult 2-3 times a year.
