Hi my mentally sick brother banged my 2 months cockeral against the wall 4 days ago. After that he was just sleeping and not opening eyes his head was swelled so I used ice pack and it worked the swelling is gone the next day. He showed improvement the following days standing then taking some steps making chirping sound when touched and opening his eyes. I hand feed him couple of days today when I put food in front of him he move fast towards it and looked closely but didnt eat but I figured it out he wants to eat but has too much blurred vision he cannot see properly even in front of his eyes but in some particular areas near his feet and from some distance he can see but with too much difficulty 
is it temporary? What can I do? The poor little thing is in too much difficulty rubbing his eyes trying to look but no avail here is his latest picture below.
