I'm guessing cockeral, but I'm not really good at this either. I just accidently tamed a pullet into doing tricks. Well, 'she' is getting sickle feathers.

It looks like yours has the longer, pointy feathers, too, just like my Toast is getting.

I'm with the three B's (becky3086, beefy, BorderKelpie), definitely cockerel.
Having watched two of our beautiful chicks develop into beautiful roo's I can actually see the 'signs'.

I would like to know what age we are looking at here. I'm guessing somewhere around 12, is that right?

I am also going to guess it's a cockerel along with the other members who have posted. The red in the face, the wattles, and the size / thickness of those legs are all pointing in that direction.

I'd love to tell you what age and breed it is but I don't know

Someone is selling it locally and they didn't know whether it was rooster or not, so I thought I'd ask here
