I'm not going to guess at the gender of your bird since I can't see the comb well enough in the photo. But, I did want to say that I have a very quiet, fertile roo ( I have never heard a crow from him and he is 20 some odd weeks old and mounting my girls). So just because you haven't heard your bird crow, that does not rule out the posibility of it being a roo.
