Cockerel attitudes?

So I have three chickens that are on watch for being cockerels..I'm just so confused by their attitudes/behaviours..I have not heard any of them crow yet..my sons have in the early morning..but I'm not convinced it was a true crow,because we have some very noisy pullets The three I'm questioning peck at the others, but I have seen zero fighting between them, and for now they are pretty docile. They are about 12 weeks old. The young woman I bought them off of isn't convinced they are cockerels yet either..I will probably trade them back to her for pullets except one, because I don't have the money for a rooster pad. Also do you guys have any advice on silkie roosters? We have one, and he is just super funny and trots around and does make it known he is top chicken, but he never hurts the pullets or us.

Do you have pictures of them? At 20 weeks it should be more than clear. They also don't have all their hormones so they are going to be docile for the time being.

I fixed my originial post after talking to the woman I got them from today..I found out they are only twelve weeks old!! I thought they were a lot older...I don't know where that miscommunication came from

At 12 weeks, the first three are cockerels just by their feather pattern and comb redness. The one with two in the same picture I can't tell.
