Cockerel bantam with red legs

Hiya, this is my Cockerel, he is about a year and a half old. I noticed some red on his legs last week but only realised how bad it had gotten today. He hates being held so I don't health check him as much as I probably should, but it has definitely started in the last month or two. The rest of the flock seem fine, including his brother who has the same foot feathers and is with him 24/7. If anyone knows what it is/what I can do to help him I would appreciate it a lot! I have no idea what this is. I’ve never owned a bird with foot feathers anyways.
