Cockerel? Old English Game Bird?

Is this definately a cockerel?

Would you say its an Old English Game Bird?

It is hard to say. It looks rooish but it look like a hen at the same time. I would say roo though.

how old is it? if it is full grown i would say hen, but if it is still growing i would say rooster.
