Cockerel or Hen...and what breed?

This little gal is one of my favorites! Except I’m not sure she’s a gal. I have another one like this one with much larger and darker comb and wattle, so I’m thinking pullet...but I’m also not sure what breed. She is a lovely black iridescent in the sun.

It is approx 11 weeks. Here is the other one that I believe is the same breed, but I think cockerel.

cockerel, and probably black austrolorp. To be sure, what color are his foot bottoms? Pinkish gray for Aussies; yellow for black jersey giants.

Thank you! I figured the first one was a pullet...esp when I compared her to the other one that is the same age as her, who has way more color and comb/wattle! Thanks for your help! I’ll check foot color.
