Are all the pictures of the same bird?

It is both of them, the one in question is standing with the black marans, and one with the lumber behind it.

Welcome to BYC, Susan. I'm going to guess cockerel due to the comb, wattles, and upright stance, however I don't see any male feathering. Please keep us updated.
