Cockerel or Pullet? 9-10 week old Polish Chicken.

Here is Crown a Polish Chicken I got around 9 to 10 weeks ago, I don't know if Crown is a rooster or a hen. I have noticed that under his/her face there is wattles, but I don't know if that definitely means she/he is a rooster. I don't think I have any other roosters out of the other 11 in the flock so if it's just him that would be ok. Any help will be appreciated.

A good side standing shot is better so the whole bird can be seen. It does appear to be a rooster based on its coloring, I'm assuming it's a silver laced.

I would give it a few more weeks, as now it's hard to tell after seeing the whole body. It could still be a pullet.
