Cockerel or Pullet, and what breed

I cant post pictures so how do I get help is sexing and breed typing?

That's a really small picture... I'd think cockerel from its stance and legs, but hard to tell from that small of a pic... How old is it?

Looks like a white Plymouth Rock cockerel to me

Almost looks like it has leg feathering; if that's the case, it would not be "purebred" white rock.
