Cockerel or Pullet?

This is a mixed breed, I have a Buff Orpington Roo, a Rhode Island Red Roo, and RIR hens, Red Sex Link Hens, and Welsummer Hens. I hatched him from a chick, and the people I have him to think he's a Roo, so I took him back. My Buff is acting interested in him, but isn't one to hurt chicks, so I don't know.

If it's under 14 weeks old, it's a cockerel.

Its a boy, the dark red patches on the wings is a male trait (not to mention the comb and wattles).
