Cockerel or pullet?

Not sure what breed but the white is a leghorn mix 9 weeks old..
The other is a buff ameracanna chick 3 weeks old..

If the white one is only 9 weeks with that red comb it’s without a doubt a male.

3 weeks is still too young to accurately sex a chick. Right now it looks like a girl but I think I see waddles so it could turn red within the next few weeks.

ETA: I didn’t even pay attention to the white one’s tail. Are you sure it’s 9 weeks old?

The mix on the left is a rooster and the leghorn on the right is a hen

Yes born april 17th. I have another born same time but it is def a male. This one is hard to tell for me.
