Cockerel or pullet?

IMPORTANT INFO
1. Species is something along the line of green egger?
2. About an inch or so bigger than the other pullets
3.We bought 4 green eggers from TSC(Tractor supply)
4. If needed I can show the other green eggers compared to this one.

The special-egg mixed breeds can have some wonky features about them. I assume by green egg, you mean olive egger because those are not EE's. So given all that, I'd say you need to wait and see because it could well be a pullet with a wonky comb. You'll know in a few weeks to a month for sure.
