Cockerel or pullet

Hi everyone...I am new to BYC and new to raising chickens and I am trying to figure out if my Easter Egger is a cockerel or pullet. Can someone help me?
I thought for sure it was a pullet, but my husband is thinking maybe cockerel.
It is about 14wks old.

Yes that helps, thank you. I think he’s a cockerel, unfortunately. Another picture wouldn’t hurt though.

No, that means 2 now and my neighbors don't like Roosters
So hard when you don't know the sex and get attached.
Had it since the 1st week.
