Cockerel or Pullet??

I was going to say pullet until I enlarged the pictures. Now with a closer look those long fingery neck feathers are swaying me more to the cockerel side. I have never had a hen have those neck feathers. I agree with the poster who said late bloomer cockerel.

I would have to say Pullet. I once had a young hen that looked the same and she turned out to be a pullet, but I can see why some people are saying cockerel.
