Cockerel or Pullet???

I have a beautiful bird that is a barnyard mix. But we can not seem to decide on what sex it is! Currently is about 13 weeks old. What do you all think???? I say rooster... but husband says pullet..... and yesterday I saw another cockerel do "the dance" around this bird. Would a cockerel dance for another cockerel????? lol We just can't seem to figure it out! Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Very pretty, but DEFINITELY a boy! See the saddle feathers forming at the base of his tail? His new owners should enjoy his beauty though!

Funny story about the new owners..... they thought it was a pullet in my ad that I had on craigslist for him! LOL! They thought I was wrong for listing rooster....... my husband (who met them) had to go over all the things I pointed out to him- including the saddle feathers, just before boxing the young bird up. They promised to send a picture of him all grown up.....
