Yesterday I saw one of my cockerels stretching his left leg and wing .. and laying on the ground most of the day when he wasnt .. Today he is dead .. Im not sure if the stretching has anything to do with it, but im thinking that it might have had bad circulation or something similar ... Is this possible in chickens and would it cause death ?
The chickens i have are only about 10 weeks old and have seemed fine up until this incident.. There was no signs of any fighting or anything obvious ..d it
Also would it be possible for a chicken to choke ?
As bad as it sounds i am hoping that bad circulation is the cause and not the other option .. which is, my neighbour has put some grass clippings into the run earlier and im thinking it might have poisened them..maybe the grass clipping has weed killer on?.. The other 2 i have seem fine .. but if they are dead tommorow then i know that the second is the cause ...
Im not expecting a "this is what happened" but you never know with this place .. Some of you guys know everything

EDIT: My neighbour says there has been no toxic liquid on his grass ever ..only water so poisoning is out of the question i believe ...thank god
