Is this a cockerel and how do I tell?

It looks to be a hen.

How old is it?
Does it crow?
Do you have a clearer picture?

It doesn't crow and it is about 5 months old, I was just wondering because of the size of it's cone.

It's about to start laying eggs that's why the comb is red and enlarged. It has no hackle or saddle feathers, it's a hen.
