Cockerel?

I was under the impression that this kind of chest coloring was hen specific but the comb development is saying male. Currently 6 weeks old.

Mixed breed. Father is JG/RIR, mother may have been Biel/BA or JG/RIR. Based on this coloring I am guessing Biel/BA.
