Cockerel

Hi guys.
I'm thinking of getting a cockerel to look after my girls.he will be free range with them and will be able to go in the woods etc.
My only concern is my neighbours.
Is there any boys out there that aren't to noisy.if so what type of breed.many thanks

Sorry as far as I have known, if its a boy it crows. Different birds may crow more or less but I don't think there is 1 breed that's quieter than others. The 1 banty rooster I was around was twice as loud as the big guys I normally have.
