Cockrel or Pullet?

In our flock of 16 chickens, we have identified only one rooster so far, but may have another. This is Dutchess/Dutch. We have been trying to sex her/him for a few weeks now, but no luck. Anyone have any thoughts? She/He's a brown easter egger with some silver/blue feathers.

Pullet. You can tell by 12 weeks...so plenty old.
