I'm new to BYC and just want to introduce myself. I've never raised chickens but want to give it shot anyway. I placed an order for 8 Gold Sex Link chicks and I am anxious to pick them up in a couple of weeks. I would have gotten them sooner but I want to be able to devote my attention to them the first few days. I have a full schedule up until my delivery date. I have read many of the articles here on BYC. I think I have learned enough to have a good start. There is much more for me to learn and I am excited about the opportunity. I never thought a chicken would cause such anticipation.
