Yes, that’s it....I happen to have some left over from previous pets. I am trying to put something in their brooder and no natural dirt outside cause all we have is clay. I tried ashes and coffee grinds but they won’t go in.This stuff?

I find good old dirt(sandy loam) works just fine.
Mine just dig their own holes to dust bathe in.

Yes I was thinking to buy some bricks of coco blith ..wet it in a try like for gardening leave it in the sun to re dry and adding it to the chicken run ... under the shavings ect as a water absorption.. ect... and yes I could add it to their dust bath solution right now its a mixture of wood ash, dirt, and small amount of lime and Damascus earth.
