Yup - there's not much of anything left in coffee grounds - they aren't particularly acidic either - the brewing process strips a lot from them.Most, if not all the caffeine in fresh coffee grounds leave the beans during the brewing process.
The spent grounds are an excellent source of "green" material for use in composting.
Coffee grounds are about 2% nitrogen by volume.
