cold and eggs

    we collect eggs every day (sometimes three times if the pre-schooler thinks about it!)
    but i wonder if the eggs will freeze and be bad if we don't get them right away?
    yup, it's 33 degrees here in upstate new york this morning, the freeze is coming!

    I can't answer your question but it will be interesting to know.

    And You can keep that cold weather unti Jan.-Feb.... before you send it south!!LOL
