cold and staying outside

I just want to make sure my chickens are okay in the cold-I live in South Carolina, we do not get super cold but when the temp dips down below 32 I get a little worried. My 3 girls stay outside on their outside roost even in the freezing rain all night! They use there coop, it's not a matter of they do not like it. When I know it is going to be below 32 I put them in their coop and close the door. Am I just worrying too much?

They should be ok outside if it's just cold. If it's cold and raining I would put them inside.
