Good day to everyone! We just appeased the beasts and seeing what else we can get on the burner today. I have a 4-H job later so hopefully I can keep all the boots and top-knots that the kids are wanting to leave in-tact (they are fair/show sheep so don't want any kids crying or anything.)

Hope the rain stops for you if you don't need it or you get some if you do! (Or you all get some great weather all around to wrap up the weekend!) Happy Sunday!

The other night we had the indoor lights on and it was dark and I made the mistake of opening the door and about a billion little mosquitoes came inside the house. I was not happy about that. Last night was not any better. We are done camping for the year. The Deet force was not with us.

We haven’t had rain for over a week. We shouldn’t need any more for the crops.
