Cold chickens

Hey guys I have a runt Rhode Island Red and it is really cold. She will not go out of the coop because it is to cold for her what should I do?? I really need help please!!!!????:/

Let her acclimate. Any time there's an abrupt cold snap, the chickens will take longer to go out. They'll get used to it.

She is doing what instinct tells her to do - to stay inside the shelter of the coop. All you need to "do" is leave her to it. Her reluctance to go out may not be just about the temperature, though. You say she is your runt, but how old is this bird and is she fully feathered?
