Cold coop makes for cold eggs

Yup, that's the only real concern...depends on how warm and humid your house is whether condensation will form.
Hasn't really happened here, I monitored the first winter because I am insatiably curious

I'm especially aware of warming eggs slowly when incubating.
Has anyone ever put cold eggs in an incubator and had water dripping off of them?

Nope, but I did take an egg out of the fridge and put it under a broody.
(yes it hatched)
