Cold eggs

When checking my broody hen for the four millionith time - I found the nest empty and the eggs were cold! At first I thought Pilchard yes thats her name, had been taken by a fox but then I saw her wandering back to the nest and she is now sitting on eggs again. The eggs are actually call duck eggs which |I think should hatch any day now - I thought they were due on tuesday past but I think I have got mixed up on the times. My question is will the chicks be OK having got cold. I live in N Ireland so it isnt freezing or anything.
