Cold French Fries?

I vaguely remember a discussion about this p word stuff. I remember something about cheese curds too which sounds just as nasty.

I have never tried poutine but I don't like when my french fries get any steak juice on them.
But cheese curds!!! You are missing out on fresh cheese curds!
