Raw isn’t the right word but still.
Do you eat them raw or?
Typically fresh but not always cold. Many prefer them squeaky, meaning they've never gone in the fridge they're so fresh, less than a day old. They have a special flavor and when you eat them they're squeaky.Cold?

Maybe, but in Wisconsin, it's pretty normalized.Oh wow! sounds so interesting! I feel like the squeak would weird me out though lol
Cold,room temp or fried.Cold?
Fresh is best. Those are good. Today I got like the best kind of fresh cheese curds though. A local farm sells Guernsey milk and makes the best cheese curds!
That sounds so strange yet cool hahahMaybe, but in Wisconsin, it's pretty normalized.
I like them fresh, but I like them refrigerated too. It's better than when they get left out and sweat cheese juice. I know some people who will cook them in the microwave so they are melted.
