will you let them there alone? atleast take them in every night? It’s public property
They leave around 7pm. sometimes when I catch them leaving I catch up to them. If not I go to the lake when i notice they are gone. Or i visit them at least once to see how they are doing and to see where they are. they stay in the same area so I don’t worry about them leaving. I go get them at 9pm before the sun goes down and put them to sleep.will you let them there alone? atleast take them in every night?

also people could feed them bread not knowing they are pets, which will negatively affect them in the long term. if one of your drakes mates with a mallard hen then ducks that can’t take care of themselves will be born in the wildIs it legal in your area to allow your animals to trespass on public property?
You could end up discovering that Animal Control has picked them up. I'm sure your ducks love being on the lake and that you're delighted to see them so happy, but your domestic ducks are certainly upsetting the ecology of the natural place and the wildlife -- eating the food that wild ducks would be depending on.![]()
