Collecting eggs today and found this...

I just got one half that size. I think they are called egg "farts."

Yeah, they're so cute. Pullets will give you a few of these as they're getting going, don't see them from older hens.

That will happen with most chickens from time to time. A fart egg indeed. It just happens. Usually pullets. I had an older hen a few years back that would do that about every other week or so.

So I have had 7 hens laying for about 9 months now, and I've never gotten an egg fart. Is this weird?
