collecting eggs

When you get ready to collect eggs to incubate, do i need to wait for a warm (40' plus) day to collect?

When I was collecting eggs for incubation I just went out several times a day and many times was able to get them soon after they were laid... It seems I have read on here how folks have been able to incubate their cold eggs tho

The nicer the weather, the better, but it's OK to collect cold eggs too, so long as they aren't frozen, there shouldn't be a problem with viability.

Like AmericanMom, I collect eggs several times a day.
