she flopped down onto her bed. "what did you see?" ark asked sternly.
astral, guessing he ha done somehing wrong, faced the window.

Astral slowly explained what he saw.
"well, that 'red liquid' is what we call blood" ark explained. "as for licking her finger, it's just something we do. removes the blood and... i don't know, helps the wound heal i guess" she said.
Astral looked at her. "i see" he said. "but she made a sound. similar to one you would make when you eat" he said, puzzled.
"she probably likes the taste of blood. some people do. so what?" ark said, taking her shoes off. she flopped back down onto her bed, folding her arms behind her head.
Astral turned back to the window.
"just don't do it again" ark said sternly.
"alright" Astral agreed.

Wintent walked around quietly then went back to her room unsure of what to do.

Wintent laid down on the bed happily. This was the first time she had gotten to lay on a bed in years.

Dakota and Juno walked toward the stables to see the dragons. They had heard the battle challenge was coming up

Still pondering the uneasiness of the dragons, astral waited until ark had fallen asleep, then flew down to the stables. neo roared excitedly upon his arrival. astral saw others in the stables, but was not worried because no-one else could see or hear him and neo.

Ark tossed and turned, but slept soundly.

 

[Wintent]

Wintent laid down on the bed happily. This was the first time she had gotten to lay on a bed in years.

Wintent soon fell asleep relaxing on the soft bed.

She slept soundly until she accidently rolled off the bed. tangled in a mess of blankets, she hit the floor with a loud thud. she groaned, and stood up. in the pale moonlight, she made out the lightswitch and turned the light on. picking up the blankets, she realised astral had disappeared again. she rolled her eyes and sighed. then she realised she had a roommate now, and hoped her heavy thud hadn't woken wintent up from her sleep.
