Not true at all. Improperly made silver and many on the market are indeed not good to use but quality silver, at 5 to 20 ppm or so is essential to have on hand and to use it, for everything and everyone, including plants. It does not accumulate and anything even remotely close to what a person would use. That's all propaganda.
