Colombian White Rock?

My neighbour dropped him off here. I seem to be everyone's go to for unwanted chickens because they know I'm a sucker and I'll take them in.

He's incredibly friendly. Comes right up to you at feeding time and basically begs to be pet.

I think he's a Colombian White Rock

Opinions on what he may be is greatly appreciated

Colombian is the white with black points. White rocks are all white.
