I ordered 5 mixed breeds chicks from efowl.com. When they arrived they were all the same and their fur consisted of a mostly yellow color with big spots of black. I did alot of research and concluded that I had received 5 Colombian Wyandottes. My chickens are now 6 months old and have only one or two feathers that have a hint of black. Is this normal?

Even a hatchery stock Columbian Wyandotte should have good, mostly black hackles and tail feathers. Sounds like you've got something else. With pics I might be able to take a guess at what it is.

I agree. If you can post a pic we'd be happy to take a look at it for you.)
