She's calmed down a bit but keeps pulling tail feathers off him if I don't keep her away from him.

I'd like others to weigh in on this, but I'm thinking you might need to speak harshly to her and pinch her to establish yourself as the dominant "drake" to get her to obey you and stop doing that.
