Ok i have a White silkie hen and a Splash silkie roo if i do White x Splash what will the chick come out looking like on the color part

There are different ways to make white. I don't know which way yours is made genetically. And it is possible something could be hiding under the white or splash that might come out in a cross. But you will probably get either all white or all blue if the splash and white chickens are pure in their genetics.

It is impossible to say. White is essectially an OFF switch that prevents the display of colours and patterns that are genetically present. The genotype of both parents combine to create the genotype of the offspring. For splash, each parent must provide a copy of the blue gene; you know that the splash parent will give a copy, but there is no way to tell whether the white parent has a copy to give or not (unless one of its parents was splash or it has a blue offspring when the other parent was not blue or splash. But other colour genes present can also affect the result. If mahogany s present, you will likely get red leakage on the offspring

To get splash, breed two blues, a blue and a splash or two splash. No, I do not mean buff. I mean a bird that, if female, will have some red on its breast, and if male will have red on the wings/shoulders, possibly the hackle and saddle.
