Color ID possibly breed ID the whole flock

Some breeders consider any bird who isn’t a perfect example of the breed to be impure. The most expensive seramas I’ve seen around here are silkied hens ($85).

The hens were 30 dollars each and the dozen eggs I bought were 60 resulting in 4 chicks. My aim was never show birds lol. I was allowed to have a rooster for free with the hens but I was already kinda disappointed about how untame the two I came to pick up were so I didn't want a rooster like that as well.
