Color info on male

His father was Black Shouldered, and was told he has Spaulding and Pied in his genetics... He is 18 months old and just wondering why he looks aqua, blue or purple depending on the light it seems , is this normal does he have some sort of mixing of colors?

Peafowl goes through a lot of color changes until they are mature around three years of age. Sunlight reflection will also change the colors with the angle the light comes from.
