Hi Coloradoans,
If you are near the denver area I'm giving away one of my chickens to a good home. He's a Buff Orp roo and we aren't allowed to have boys here. I've listed him on Denver's craigs list, if you search for rooster under the pet's area, you'll find him. My wife is posting the ad as I type this. He was born around March 3rd and because we have two buff orps, it's obvious that he's a male based on his comb and waddle development. I really do not want him to end up someones dinner and that's what concerns me about Craig's list... I've put in the ad to please not eat him but you know how that goes... Anyways, PM me if you are interested. I'll take a picture when I get back from the feed store (have to buy a bigger waterer). Would be happy to answer any questions. He isn't crowing yet but I'm 95% certain that he's a he. When you know... you just know

I need the little guys out of the brooder before I get my new girls. Bungie and Uno have no problem getting along with Chrissy so those 3 will be fine in the big pen.
