Colorado

Hay all, I wanted to put this out there and see if anyone is interested. I will be coming to the Front range in about a week and I have 50+_Golden Comet (Red Sex linked) pullets and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in buying them? They are a few weeks old and already have wing and tail feathers. They are even starting to roost on dowels. I just want to see if there is any interest, and if it would be worth bringing them up. Cheap, too! I am not a commercial breeder the local feed store was seriously over stocked so I bought them, from just horrible conditions.

I'm kinda new to this Colorado thing....so where is this "Front Range"? Is this anywhere near Pueblo/Avondale?

Sorry for my lack of clarity. I have family in the Thornton, Brighton areas which I guess some consider northern. since I am coming from the west I usually go I 70 to I 25 and then either go north on I 25 or go to North I 85.

I-25 north to south goes right along the front range. Basically, the eastern edge of the rocky mountains is considered to be the front range of the state.
But there are also A LOT of people who use it interchangeably (thanks to the news people) with Denver metro. :)

Denver is a little north of center and CO Springs is a little south.
The Front Range is the first range of mtns next to the prairie.
Many people dont realize that there is alot of high prairie
in Eastern Colorado

Ruralmom:
I went to a bird swap in Brighton some years back.....
Not sure if this is associated with this one:

Said there is a swap meet on May 13.
This might be the one for you & I think there is a phone #
so you can get more info!

Joe, I am about 65 miles east of you.
Welcome to Colorado!

That will learn you for using a generic term for the Denver area.
