Colored Chicks?

I'm with you Maggie. This is rediculous. Poor chicks. I wonder who that outfit is and whether they are otherwise reputable. These chicks look like a recipe for Easter impulse purchases that then leave many chicks in the inexperienced hands of people with fleeting interest.

poor babies!!! From what i have read before they inject the dye into the eggs while the chicks are developing and hatch out collored.

It dont hurt the chicks to be dyed, it just makes the more available to sell. I wount mind buying some if only responsible owners bought them...

And therein lies the rub, unfortunately. More than likely some irresponsible people will buy them on a whim. Bad enough the impulse purchases of normal ones at Easter-time.....

This makes me sick! We all know where those chicks are going to end up in a few months (or less).

He should be lucky he did not leave a #. I would have blasted him

This is so stupid!! I do not understand why someone would do this just to make a dollar.
What the people don't realize who buy these babies is that once they start growing the dye starts fading. You are not gonna have a colored chick 4-ever. That is when you are gonna have a problem cause people only buy them cause they are "so cute"!!!
