colored eggs genetics question

If an Araucana rooster (out of a blue egg) is crossed with a Leghorn hen, won't the pullets from this cross lay a blue egg? It may be a pale blue, but, it will be blue won't it???

I would like to know the answer as well! I had a roo hatch from a colored egg and I am getting pale blue eggs out of a regular hen. He doesn't look like an EE but.....?? I'll wait with you..

Hi Enola! I'd think you could expect 100% some shade of blue.
I read that a cross with white Leghorns might be an exception (??), but I don't remember the reason.
