Colored Ranger pullet or roo?

I go back and forth daily on what sex this one is...if its a pullet she is developing faster than the others I know are pullets and yet not as fast as the one's I know are cockerals. I am hoping its a pullet she is so pretty and I would like to keep her for a layer. I hope this pic is good enough for you experts to tell me. Thanks a lot.
