The color is definitely "I Want"

I agree about it being Wheaten-based. I've heard of it called Gold Wheaten, Buff Wheaten, and, as of a few minutes ago, Yellow Wheaten.

From what little I know about genetics, the Wheaten gene would have to be in there somewhere for that to crop up. Solid x Solid doesn't produce Wheaten.

He's beautiful. I'm a sucker for Wheaten colors

Azulegg, you say you got these from a breeder, who is it? Are they listed on ABC? If you don't want to say here, you can email me privately but from what I can see, I don't think either parents - and definitely not both - were true Ameraucanas.
